This policy covers alwayson-internet.com, the page where you can check whether AlwaysOn serves your address and ask us to get in touch. It explains what we collect on that page, why, who else sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.
The short version. If you fill in the availability form we collect your name, phone number, email address and service address so we can tell you whether we cover you and follow up about service. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing text list. Call (208) 232-6902 to ask us to delete what we hold.
What you give us
The availability form on this site asks for the following. Some fields are optional and are marked as such on the form itself.
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service address you want us to check, and its ZIP code
- Which plan you are interested in
- How and when you would prefer to be contacted
We use it to look your address up against our coverage list, tell you the answer, and contact you about service. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this page records some information without you typing it in:
- Where you came from. If you arrived from an ad or a search result, the page records the click identifier and campaign details that came with that link, along with the page you landed on and the site that referred you. This is how we tell which advertising is working.
- Standard technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location based on your IP address, and the pages you viewed.
- Address suggestions. When you type a service address, the text you enter is sent to Google to produce the list of suggested addresses.
Phone calls
The phone number shown on this page may be a tracking number that forwards to our main line. It lets us tell which advertising produced a call. When you call, we record the number you dialed from, the time, and the length of the call.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number on the form, we may call or text you about the inquiry you made. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us.
This is not a marketing list. Giving us your number does not sign you up for promotional texts, and this site does not collect the separate written consent that promotional texting would require. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call.
Who else sees it
We use outside services to run this page, measure our advertising and handle inquiries. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.

Beyond those services, we share your information only when we have to: with contractors installing or supporting your service, or where the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Cookies and similar technology
The services above set cookies in your browser. They are used to count visits, remember which ad or search brought you here, keep the phone number consistent during your visit, and record how the page is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The availability form will still work, but we may no longer be able to tell which advertising brought you here.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep ordinary business records. Advertising and analytics data is kept on the schedules set by the services listed above.
Your choices
Call us on (208) 232-6902 and we will:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, unless we are required to keep it
- Stop contacting you
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.
Security
Information submitted through this page is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with the services described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not keep payment details or Social Security numbers on this site at all.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
